“I Need Protein!”

I’m too busy to eat healthy.  Better eating habits do not take any more time than bad eating habits.  All you must do is develop new eating patterns, which will require some discipline.  We all have 24 hours, but some of us use that time more wisely than others.  It all depends on what is most important to you.
