You are so smart… that is correct…OVER cooking vegetables depletes their enzyme power. Since you don’t like raw veggies, try having at least one substantial salad meal per day made with a good hearty lettuce like organic romaine or Red Leaf, Kale or even Spinach. Ensure that your salad dressing is Organic so that it has no High Fructose Corn Syrup and eat up!
