It’s pretty traditional for many of us to want to start new routines in 2024 to better our habits and health. Millions of people across the nation resolve to improve their fitness and reach certain body goals-eager to achieve that ‘summer body’ they always wanted. What we commonly fail to recognize, however, is the longevity and dedication that is required to reach certain fitness goals. It happens every January. Everyone hyped up from the new year starts seeking to work on their “new selves.” They fill up the gym for several weeks until it’s eventually time to go back to their regular scheduled program of things.

It’s hard to stick to a new routine when you already have other compiling duties to tend to throughout the day. It’s also difficult to stay with a fitness routine if you have little knowledge or experience on how to target and work certain areas of your body. See, it’s common for a lot of us to get so eager about the end product that we overcomplicate and over-push ourselves till we burn out a week or so later. That’s why it’s important to educate ourselves on how to properly improve our fitness, bodies and health, and a great way to do this is by referring to fitness influencers.

Luckily, in this age of mass media, there’s an endless catalog of fitness influencers to choose from, and many of them share their knowledge for free and offer classes!

Fitness influencers are a great reference to inspire a successful journey and below are five Black female fitness influencers to help you achieve your 2024 health and body goals!
