    1. Protecting Children From Chemical and Surgical Mutilation: Bans the usage of federal funds for gender-affirming care for minors. The executive order also demands that agencies remove policies that stem from guidelines given by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health. 
    1. Additional Measures to Combat Anti-Semitism: Calls for the government to use “all available legal tools” to fight against antisemitic “harassment and violence,” demanding a report from all agencies on reports of antisemitism. Also calls for the state, homeland security and education departments to provide recommendations on new rules for foreign students that express support for alleged terrorist activity following Oct. 7.
    1. Celebrating America’s 250th Birthday: Creates a White House Task Force to celebrate the 250th birthday of the country. 
    1. Ending Radical Indoctrination In K-12 Schooling: Calls for cabinet heads to develop strategies on how to remove federal funds from being used in “indoctrination” and “discriminatory treatment,” such as the teaching of “gender ideology and discriminatory equity ideology.” He also pushed for “patriotic education” through the recreation of the 1776 Commission.
    1. Expanding Educational Freedom and Opportunity for Families: Calls for the Education Department to prioritize school choice programs and issues guidance on federal allocation for schools and districts.
    1. Unleashing Prosperity Through Deregulation: Demands the removal of 10 federal regulations for each new regulation that is in contestation or issued. It also demands that agencies keep the costs of new regulations to 0 for this year. 
    1. Imposing Duties to Address the Flow of Illicit Drugs Across Our Northern Border: Applies 25% tariffs on goods from Canada and 10% on energy imports, claiming that it is done to prevent the flow of fentanyl, human trafficking and undocumented immigration. 
    1. Imposing Duties to Address the Synthetic Opioid Supply Chain in the People’s Republic of China: Places 10% tariff on goods from China, claiming it’s to stop fentanyl from entering the country.
    1. Imposing Duties to Address the Situation at Our Southern Border: Applies 25% tariffs on goods from Mexico, claiming that it is done to prevent drug trafficking and undocumented immigration. 
    1. A Plan For Establishing a United States Sovereign Wealth Fund: Demands that a plan be created to make an American “sovereign wealth fund” to ease the burden of taxes and provide economic security for future generations. 
    1. Progress on the Situation at Our Southern Border: Paused tariffs on Mexico until March 4 after a late court order was issued. 
    1. Progress on the Situation at Our Northern Border: Paused tariffs on Canada until March 4 after a late court order was issued. 
    1. Undefined (Issued Feb. 4): Removes the U.S. from the United Nations Human Rights Council, calling for the secretary of state to terminate the office of the U.S. representative to the UNHRC and other related positions. Also prohibits agencies from using funds for payment to the UN Relief and Works Agency For Palestine Refugees while calling for the secretary of state to look into U.S. involvement amongst other intergovernmental organizations.  
    1. Undefined (Issued Feb. 5): Disallows for the usage of federal funds in programs that allow transgender women and girls to participate in female sports. Directs the attorney general to use Title IX against educational institutions that allow for transgender women athletes in changing rooms. Removes the U.S. out of international sports programs that allow the participation of transgender women and mandates that the secretary of state use “all measures” to get the International Olympic Committee to change their guidelines.
