    1. Restoring Names That Honor American Greatness: Denali was officially renamed back to Mount McKinley and the Gulf of Mexico was changed to the Gulf of America.
    1. Restoring the Death Penalty and Protecting Public Safety: Reinstates the usage of the death penalty with lethal injections, urging the attorney general to seek the death penalty if a police officer is murdered or if someone who is in the U.S. illegally commits a capital crime. The inmates who were commuted by Biden must also be reinvestigated for potential charges of state capital offenses.
    1. Securing Our Borders: Calls for Trump’s “wall” on the southern border. The executive order also calls for the removal of those who violate federal or state laws and stops parole programs for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans. It also mandates that migrants be sent “to the territory from which they came,” and the CBP One app is removed. Launched in 2020, the app was designated by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection in part to provide migrants with a way to make asylum claims.
    1.  Unleashing Alaska’s Extraordinary Resource Potential: Allows permitting and leasing energy projects in Alaska, removing regulations in the gas industry and speeding up the development of liquid natural gas production.
    1. Unleashing American Energy: Removes the Biden-era emissions standards for electric vehicles and defends the citizens’ right to use gas-powered appliances. Also requests a look into actions that could affect domestic energy production.
    1. Withdrawing The United States From the World Health Organization: Removes the U.S. from the World Health Organization. U.S. funds were also paused to WHO, the agency responsible for global public health.
    1. Revocation of Certain Executive Orders: Removes mandates by Biden that included an executive order for the vaccination of federal employees against COVID-19 and safeguards against the virus.
    1. Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-based Opportunity: Ends DEI programs on the federal level. The elimination of DEI in private companies will also be recommended by the attorney general to the Trump administration. Educational institutions, meanwhile, will have to comply with the end of affirmative action.
    1. Designation of Ansar Allah As a Foreign Terrorist Organization: Labels Ansar Allah, or the Houthis, as a Foreign Terrorist Organization, resulting in stricter criminal penalties and restrictions.
    1. Declassification of Records Concerning the Assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Senator Robert F. Kennedy and the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.: The executive order calls for the declassification of remaining files on the murders of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., John H. Kennedy and Robert F. Kennedy that have not yet been disclosed. The order was made without the King family’s knowledge; in a social media post, they asked to see the files before their public release.
    1. Removing Barriers to American Leadership in Artificial Intelligence: Mandates that government officials create an action plan to keep the U.S. at the forefront of the development of artificial intelligence. Activities designated by the Biden administration must also be suspended.
    1. Strengthening American Leadership in Digital Financial Technology: Encourages the usage of digital currency and blockchain technology. Created a “digital asset markets” group to focus on regulations and prevent the establishment of a U.S. digital currency, revoking a Biden executive order for more research.
    1. President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology: Creates multiple positions, such as the Presidential Council on Advisors on Science and Industry and the Special Advisor for AI and Crypto, opening the door for their security clearance and viewing of classified documents.
    1. Council to Assess the Federal Emergency Management Agency: Creates the Federal Emergency Management Agency Review Council to make changes to FEMA. The order calls for the investigation of FEMA’s disaster response during the Biden Administration and attempts to make it a supportive agency.
    1. Emergency Measures to Provide Water Resources in California and Improve Disaster Response in Certain Areas: Provides more water to the state of California to combat ongoing wildfires.
    1. Enforcing the Hyde Amendment: Removes Biden’s executive orders on abortion access, including one that offered safety at clinics and pharmacies and one that called for legal protections for patients who are not in-state residents.
    1. Prioritizing Military Excellence and Readiness: Bars transgender people from enlisting in the U.S. military while also banning the usage of pronouns in the Defense Department. Also, bans transgender women from female facilities and transgender men from male facilities.
    1. Reinstating Service Members Discharged Under the Military’s COVID-19 Vaccination Mandate: Allows the return of service members who were discharged for refusing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, allowing for their full return with no impact.
    1.  Restoring America’s Fighting Force: Ends DEI positions in the offices of the defense and homeland security secretaries. Also bans DEI in any educational institutions that are overseen by the Defense Department and armed forces.
    1. The Iron Dome for America: This executive order calls for an “Iron Dome for America,” a missile defense system. The order also calls for a shield that can detect, trace and intercept missiles, even before they are launched.
