Ray Allen was one of the deadliest shooters in NBA history.

Allen was originally drafted by the Minnesota Timberwolves in 1996 but immediately traded to the Milwaukee Bucks. He played for the team for 7 seasons before moving on to Seattle, Boston, and Miami. Allen won titles with the latter two.

Now the 10x All-Star and 2x NBA Champ is onto the next phase in his basketball career.

Coaching.

Ray Allen is now the director of boys and girls basketball at Miami’s Gulliver Prep. He will also be the head coach for boys basketball.

Allen was an assistant coach at the school and is also a parent of a Gulliver Prep student.

The 46-year-old Hall of Famer averaged 18.9 ppg in his NBA career and is the league’s all-time 3-point field goals made leader (2,973).
