In this clip, Dr. Sunyatta Amen appears on Fox News and breaks down how to make good chai.
“Chai really just means “tea,” and it’s a spice tea. So, all over Africa, all over India, people drink chai every morning and it’s whatever you have. It’s a kitchen sink of a tea. But the great thing is that the herbs and spices that are in chai are very warming to your system. They are designed really to warm the organs to help repair. So it’s a great alternative to coffee,” she explains.
