Al Jackson, who is one of the co-hosts of Daily Blast Live, blasted hypocrites who say the National Anthem protests by NFL players is disrespectful of troops.
This moment came after former NFL wide receiver Brandon London, who played for The Steelers and Dolphins and has a Super Bowl ring from The Giants, talked about his feelings about the NFL protests. London shared that his grandfather served in the military with distinction and that NFL protests by players during the playing of the anthem is not disrespectful of either the military nor the police.
When his segment was over, there was an attempt to go back to frivolous entertainment stories. But Jackson, who is a comedian, kept the issue on the table.
Jackson recently shot his 100th episode of the BBC show Officially Amazing. He has several Comedy Central specials and also performs standup all over the country and even works with the United Service Organizations (USO) to entertain our troops abroad.
You can see him daily on Daily Blast Live, which was renewed for a second season.
