This probably doesn’t set him apart from many 19-year-olds, but Ayton often makes it known that he loves playing video games. On the night before the draft, he says stayed up playing Fortnite.

Ayton also says he’s a huge fan of the NBA 2K franchise. He even makes sure to sneak in a few rounds on game-days. “It’s a ritual. I have to do it,” Ayton told Tucson.com. “Every little opportunity I have. As soon as I wake up, Fortnite or 2K. Breakfast? After film? I’m playing it. I’m playing it.” Ayton says he even skipped out on watching the Super Bowl to play video games.
