In 2020, the Kirby Dick and Amy Ziering produced documentary, “On the Record,” aired on HBO Max. The documentary told the heart-wrenching story of high-ranking music executive Drew Dixon, who bravely stepped forward to accuse hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons of sexual assault.
This month, the allegations resurfaced following Kimora Lee Simmons’ public declaration that she would no longer cover up her ex-husband’s allegedly questionable behavior. Their daughter, Aoki Lee Simmons, also aired some of her grievances about her father.
