Earlier this month, Aretha Franklin’s handwritten will, which was found in a couch after her 2018 death, is valid. Franklin left behind two wills, scribbled in notebooks and on pieces of paper, that were found inside her Detroit home after her death from pancreatic cancer at age 76.
