Two More Women Sue Diddy, Accusing Him of Sexual Assault

Two more women recently accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault in new lawsuits filed Thursday.

Per Rolling Stone, in their lawsuits, the women detail sexual harassments, beatings and involuntary drug use enforced upon them by Combs.

In one of the filings, Joi Dickerson-Neal alleges that, when she was a 19 year old student at Syracuse, Combs sexually assaulted her after he purposefully drugged her.

According to the lawsuit, Combs also filmed the assault to show to several individuals in the music industry. After the video was shared, Dickerson said that she became severely depressed, forcing her to leave college and be admitted into a hospital. The lawsuit notes that Dickerson filed police reports in both New York and New Jersey after the assault.

In the other lawsuit, an anonymous woman alleges that in the early 1990s, she was coerced into having sex with Combs and raped by singer-songwriter Aaron Hall; her friend was also forced to have sex with both men.

According to the lawsuit, two days after, Combs arrived at the home of both women and choked the anonymous woman until she passed out to prevent her from speaking.

A spokesperson for Combs denied both allegations, claiming they are “made up and not credible.”

Meanwhile, in a statement given to Pitchfork, Dickerson-Neal praised the other women who came forward as well as the Adult Survivors Act itself.

Both lawsuits were filed the night before the act, which gives victims who have been sexually assaulted one year to file a civil lawsuit irregardless of the statute of limitations, expired.

“For 32 years, the only people I have been able to confide in were my close friends and therapists,” she said per Pitchfork. “I’m feeling as if the darkness has been lifted and I can freely move forward in achieving my full potential.”

The new lawsuits also come days after Combs’ former girlfriend Casandra Ventura took civil action against the music mogul.

In the lawsuit, Ventura alleges that, upon entering a relationship with Combs at the age of 19 when she first signed to his Bad Boy Records label, she was subjected to his beatings where he would kick and stomp on her. He also allegedly forced her to take drugs and have sex with male workers as he videotaped them.

The case between Ventura and Combs has already been settled with both parties coming to an agreement one day after it was first filed.

“I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control,” said Ventura in a statement per AP News after the settlement was announced. “I want to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support.”
