That same bible says that man (Adam) was formed from the dust of the ground. What color is dust? And man was made in God’s image. If Adam was earth/dust-colored, then what color is God?
To further continue down this logical path, if Adam was formed near or in The Garden of Eden where the climate had to be tropical and warm because both he and Eve walked around naked day and night amid the lush garden, where in the world would that be?
It’s very likely that Eden was in Africa. And we know the earliest human discovered—Lucy—was found in Africa. She is considered the mother of all human beings.
