Talia L. Young, Founder and Managing Member of Space 2 Create Social Impact Firm is a Certified Minority Women Business Enterprise with a vision and mission is to amplify the core values of social impact investments through programming, partnerships, and development. Young served as Vice President of Public and Government Relations for New Jersey’s first Black-owned and operated bank: City National Bank of NJ. Under Young’s leadership, the bank received the NJ Bankers Community Service Award for social impact initiatives, expanded the bank’s depository by $25 Million from the Largest Municipalities in NJ, and launched a cohort of banking products that critically grew accessibility to the most disenfranchised and predatory lending minority communities.
