Texas Judge Banning Abortion Pill Will Impact the 2024 Election

In Texas earlier this month, U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk ruled that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) erroneously approved the abortion pill mifepristone more than 20 years ago and issued a nationwide injunction halting the FDA’s approval. The ban could make it more difficult for patients to get abortions in states where abortion is legal.

In this clip, Shermichael Singleton explains how the ban will inevitably impact the 2024 election.
