Master trader Teri Ijeoma revealed that she would be taking a well-deserved break from trading.

Ijeoma, who has been sharing her invaluable trading jewels every week on Karen Hunter’s Sirius XM show, broke the news of her imminent vacation on The Karen Hunter Show.

“I’m actually leaving today,” Ijeoma told Hunter. “I’m going to Seattle,” she shared, adding that she will be filming with two of her friends.”And so we’re just going to get together and have fun and film some content about investing their investors too.”

“So that’s what vacation looks like for me. I’m also, I got a nice Airbnb that can see the water. So I plan to kind of snuggle up near a window with some, with a book and just relax. And I’m not looking at the market.”

The Trade and Travel founder explained that the ongoing election was the catalyst for her recent travel plans.

“I told my students, I’m like, ‘y’all with the election coming up. Who’s not going to be trying to trade this week? — Me,'” she said, noting that she also encouraged them all to follow suit and take a self-care break. “Take a break, come back in a couple of weeks, like eat. Especially if the markets, if the elections contested, this is not a good time to trade.”
