Law enforcement officials are on the hunt for Robert Card, a 40-year-old male suspect wanted in connection with a series of mass shootings which occurred in Lewiston, Maine, Wednesday night.
Maine State Police Col. William Ross announced that an arrest warrant had been issued for Card, who is currently a “person of interest” onr at least eight counts of murder as the victims are still being identified. Eight people were shot and killed at Schemengees Bar and Grill. A further seven were killed at the Just-In-Time Recreation bowling alley, while an additional three succumbed to their injuries after being transported to local hospitals.
Card is enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserve as a petroleum supply specialist. and has an active military ID, meaning he has access to any military base.
Col. Ross says the general public should consider Card “armed and dangerous.”

“Currently, there is an arrest warrant for eight counts of murder for Mr. Card,” Ross said. “And the reason it’s eight counts, because ten people have not yet been identified as those people are identified, the counts will probably go to the total of 18.”
