Rice’s list of accomplishments is endless. He is the all-time leader in catches, receiving yards, receiving touchdowns and total touchdowns. Rice has led the NFL in receptions and receiving touchdowns in six different seasons each.
He dominated opposing defenders with precise route running, exceptional hands and supreme conditioning. His offseason workout regimen of running the hills of Mississippi is legendary. Rice’s outstanding fitness allowed him to play well 21 seasons in the NFL. At age 39 and 40, Rice notched back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons.
