Tech solutions company Accolade has tapped Cindy R. Kent as a brand new member of its Board of Directors.
Kent is the current executive vice president and president of Brookdale Senior Living and former president and general manager of the 3M Infection Prevention Division. Brookdale Senior Living, America’s largest senior living company with 700+ facilities across the U.S., is a $4.1B revenue business.
Her new position is effective immediately.

She was named one of the “Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America,” 2020; Black Enterprise Magazine’s “Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Business” 2017; “Top 35 Women Leaders in Healthcare” by the Women’s Health Leadership TRUST in 2014. She is a Henry Crown Fellow of The Aspen Institute.
