The U.S. — along with the rest of the world — is coming to grips with the stark reality that many seasoned political commentators have long warned of: President Donald Trump’s return marks an ominous resurgence of political intolerance, white nationalism and nativism on a global scale.
It’s not subtle, and it’s certainly not cloaked.
Neither Trump nor his most devoted disciples have attempted to mask their intentions. The opening salvo of his second term, nicknamed “Hell Week,” came in an influx of executive actions, with a roadmap clearly drawn from the Heritage Foundation’s controversial “Project 2025.”
His agenda? Unapologetically laid bare — and the world is watching.
