Jordan Neely died after he was held in a chokehold for about 15 minutes in an altercation on a subway train. The 30-year-old’s death has been ruled a homicide by the medical examiner’s office. While some witnesses on the train claimed he was being loud and “aggressive,” he did not deserve to lose his life.
