- Dr. Sunyatta Amen: As a fifth-generation master herbalist, naturopathic doctor and vegan chef, Dr. Amen has a vast knowledge of the importance of using natural substances to heal the entire body and not just symptoms. - Bre Mitchell: Known as the host of the Brown Girl Self-Care Podcast, the series based on her nonprofit Brown Girl Self-Care, Bre Mitchell provides holistic methods for empowering Black women and helping them with healing and joy. Through her nonprofit, Mitchell provides special one-on-one self-care coaching, helping attendants with issues such as burnout and unlearning harmful habits rooted in racism and oppression.
- Dr. Tiffany Lester: As the Medical Director of Parsley Health San Francisco, Dr. Tiffany Lester is a key proponent of providing holistic medicine to patients in her care. Also a health expert at Thoughtfully Magazine, Dr. Lester uses her training in internal and functional medicine to get to the root causes of diseases. Venturing from conventional medicine, Dr. Lester also has knowledge of acupuncture and nutrition-based medicine. Previously, she’s provided wellness tips using whole foods on topics such as better sleep, gut health, stress and pain.
- Latham Thomas: As founder of Mama Glow, wellness instructor Latham Thomas has made a name for herself as a birth doula and for advocating for holistic methods.
