The American Athletic Conference held its Media Day event on Monday. My Nu Generation Media colleague Kendall Stewart and I caught up with coaches and players to discuss how they plan on tackling social injustice and inequality. We also asked the coaches how they are allowing their student-athletes to feel comfortable expressing themselves about issues outside of sports.
