As the 2026 midterm elections approach, session 347 of “In Class With Carr” examines how misinformation, media distractions and political manipulation can influence Black voters and weaken collective political action.
Dr. Carr explores how wealthy corporations and political leaders use their influence to protect their interests, shape public opinion and gain political power and also takes a closer look at how Black communities can recognize these tactics through political education, community organizing and staying focused on issues that directly affect their lives.
