Professor Karen Hunter and TheHub.News partnered with Pressto in November to cultivate the talents of aspiring journalists from across the globe.
This month is Black History Month, and the country, communities, families and businesses have been rolling out campaigns and initiatives to honor the history of Black Americans.
Today, schools, communities, and even corporations earmark events to commemorate and support Black culture: past, present, and future. It is essential to educate the youth about our history and the world they are growing up in.
As part of our collaboration with Pressto, we are featuring the remarkable Zine’s from Canadian Auburn Drive High School students, Takiyah Jones and Nyia Harrison. They shared their perspectives on self-love and Black excellence.
