Dozens of young citizens have been arrested in response to the mass looting in Philadelphia in late September. These young people, many of them teenagers, ransacked stores such as Apple, Foot Locker and Lululemon in the city on a Tuesday night. While stealing-and crime in general-is wrong, Professor Hunter raises the question, “Why are we seeing this in the first place?”
