Cleotrapa, queen of internet grammar and wig snatching, has, in a 55-minute Tiktok, described how Ice Spice invited her on tour and was a bad friend on the road. According to Cleo, it all started over Ice inviting Cleo on tour the day before it was set to start, giving her little time to prepare, but Ice assured her that she would be taken care of.

Cleo was to open for Ice Spice but was provided limited accommodations. It all started on the Philadelphia leg of the tour when Ice Spice refused to get her security to help her with her bags while he grabbed Ice’s. It is important to note that Cleotrapa was not paid to open. She also accused her of not prompting her nor even having the times correct on the flyer, seeing as how Cleotrapa was performing at 7:45 p.m., but the show times on the flyer said 9 p.m.

Additionally, she was told that she would be staying with Ice Spice in her room, but after the Philadelphia show, things changed, and Cleo was required to pay for her own room or stay with Ice Spice’s hairdresser. She even claimed that while the crew’s food was paid for, her food was considered not in the budget and that Ice and her team even ate without her, knowing that they were in an area that had few food options. Cleo claims that the only reason she was invited on the tour was to do damage control after her Ice Spice’s ex-friend, Baby Storme, leaked text messages between her and Ice that showed Ice’s negative comments about Nicki Minaj.

In turn, Ice Spice accused Cleotrapa of crashing out over food, bags and hotel room. She also responded to Cleo calling her dark, stating that it wasn’t logical to be friends with someone for two years whom she had such negative feelings about.

James Rosemond Jr, son of James “Jimmy,” Rosemond or Jimmy the Henchman, is Ice Spice’s manager. He has since tweeted that the kerfuffle could have been avoided had Cleo’s management team allowed her to go on the road without advancing it, something he would never allow his client to do, so I guess he agrees that her being invited at the last minute was wrong.

Many times, artists are required to fit the bill when they go on tour, whether that is on the backend or ahead of time, but they are also compensated in more than just exposure. To invite someone on tour with you and then essentially leave them to fend for themselves is not at all a good practice, at least on a human level.

This is not the first time Ice has been accused of being a bad friend. Honestly, the rap girlies of this generation are always into some new feud and it is a wonder if some of their music would be anything without a feud as their muse.
