3. Great Britain Ruled Trinidad and Tobago

Trinidad remained under Spanish control until it was seized by the British in 1797 and in 1814 Britain regained control of Tobago. Slavery continued under British colonial rule with enslaved Africans working in the sugar fields and plantations. The number of slaves increased significantly in the early 1800s due to British planters arriving from other colonies and bringing their slaves with them. Having British capital also helped to expand the sugar industry. Although sugar was the dominant crop, the enslaved people also worked on cocoa, cotton, coffee plantations and tended to cattle.

She has worked on a variety of shows, including the Wendy Williams Show, The Joe Madison Show, and The Karen Hunter Show as well as worked as a producer for the NBC News Channel. However, her ultimate career goal is to own a television and audio entertainment platform that provides quality content to viewing and listening audiences.
