All The Smoke (ATSP) has grown from a podcast to become one of the most successful athlete-driven media companies around, and the brand continues to evolve with the news that it’s launching a new content vertical, All The Smoke Baseball.
The vertical’s new series “All The Smoke Dugout” will be hosted by NBA Champion Matt Barnes and will feature at least 20 episodes during the upcoming season.
For Barnes, it was a natural next step, as ATSP had a successful run at the 2025 MLB All-Star Game through interviews with baseball greats like Barry Bonds, Darryl Strawberry, C.C. Sabathia, David Justice and Mookie Betts.
“Over the years, we’ve featured several greats of the game on All The Smoke and the response from our community has been overwhelming,” said Barnes, CEO of ATSP, in the release. “I grew up playing baseball and have always had a deep love and respect for it. I’m excited to build this vertical, explore the rich stories and amazing characters that have largely gone unheard and continue growing our brand.”
The new show will debut with World Series Champions Nick Swisher and Chris Young as co-hosts.
“Baseball is surging—it’s experiencing a real renaissance right now,” said ATSP COO Brian Dailey. “We’re seeing younger fans come into the game while longtime fans are rediscovering what makes it special. We’re excited to bring our distinct style of storytelling to baseball, connecting with audiences in a way that feels fresh, authentic, and engaging across platforms.”
“Our expansion into baseball is a natural next step as we continue scaling ATSP across sports,” he added.
