1. Protecting Children From Chemical and Surgical Mutilation: Bans the usage of federal funds for gender-affirming care for minors. The executive order also demands that agencies remove policies that stem from guidelines given by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health.

Undefined (Issued Feb. 4): Removes the U.S. from the United Nations Human Rights Council, calling for the secretary of state to terminate the office of the U.S. representative to the UNHRC and other related positions. Also prohibits agencies from using funds for payment to the UN Relief and Works Agency For Palestine Refugees while calling for the secretary of state to look into U.S. involvement amongst other intergovernmental organizations.  
  1. Undefined (Issued Feb. 5): Disallows for the usage of federal funds in programs that allow transgender women and girls to participate in female sports. Directs the attorney general to use Title IX against educational institutions that allow for transgender women athletes in changing rooms. Removes the U.S. out of international sports programs that allow the participation of transgender women and mandates that the secretary of state use “all measures” to get the International Olympic Committee to change their guidelines.
