D-Nice was married to actress Malinda Williams from 2008-2010. Williams was best known for starring as Bird in the Soul Food TV series from 2000-2004. She also appeared in films, A Thin Line Between Love and Hate and The Wood. The wedding took place at the Mezzanine in Newark, NJ. Bridesmaids included Nicole Ari Parker and Terri J. Vaughn. Chris Lighty was D-Nice’s best man. They officially divorced in 2010.
