One of the reasons to have better digestion. If you have one or less bowel movements a day, it is a recipe for disaster. Eat more plant-based foods and drink the right amount of water, you will be more regular. You should have two or three movements a day. If you’re not having a movement per meal over time you will have a problem. And taking over-the-counter fiber is not the best. You can’t just eat whatever you like and take a teaspoon of something or a pill think that’s a solution. It’s not. Fruit for breakfast and a big salad for lunch is all the medicine you need.
